A designer based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with 7+ years of work experience, I have worked as a Senior Graphic Designer and currently as a Product Designer. With my experience working in diverse environments ranging from in-house, advertising agencies, to tech companies, I have developed the ability to adapt to different working situations.

Currently working at Traveloka for the Transport team. Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel platform. My responsibility is focused on the end-to-end Flight product design interface, with a specific focus on optimizing users' experiences for refunds and rescheduling, as well as innovating the product with new features and easing users' journeys when purchasing flight tickets and its sub-products.

My responsibilities include collaborating with Interaction Designers to provide intuitive and delightful user experiences, working with Product Managers to ideate and design data-driven, conducting research through usability testing, and collaborating closely with Engineer teams to ensure seamless hi-fi deliverables.
