Currently working at Traveloka for the Transport team. Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel platform. My responsibility is focused on the end-to-end interface and experience design for Flight and Ground Transport (Train, Bus, and Cars), specifically on Recovery (smoothing users' journeys for refunds and rescheduling) and Demand (improving the product with new features and easing users' journeys to purchase tickets and sub-products).

I collaborated with Interaction Designers to craft intuitive and scalable user experiences refined through research insights, and partnered with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and the Marketing team to ideate and design data-driven solutions. I contributed to research activities and conducted usability testing to evaluate concepts, and led several design projects as the Design PIC to align teams on goals. I managed the Flight and Ground Transport product’s local design system and masterfile, serving as the key bridge to the centralized company design system. I worked closely with Engineers to ensure seamless handover of high-fidelity UI design deliverables.
